In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Tequila, Grand Marnier, fresh lime juice, lemon simple syrup, orange bitters, and activated charcoal. Shake vigorously, and strain into the cocktail glass over your choice.
Garnish with a lime wheel and serve immediately.
60ml Tequila
15ml Grand Marnier
30ml lime juice
Peels of 1 lemon
200g sugar
230ml water
Dash of Angostura
¼ teaspoon activated charcoal
Lime wheel, to garnish

In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients. Add a scoop of ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass over ice and garnish with an orange slice.
25ml. Vanilla Vodka
25ml. Triple Sec
70ml. Orange Juice
40ml. Evaporated Milk
¼ tsp. Activated Charcoal

Combine all ingredients except wine in a cocktail shaker and strain into a rocks or wine glass. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with an orange wheel and tarragon sprig.
25ml Jagermeister.
15ml Lemon juice 15ml. Tarragon syrup (to make tarragon syrup .. Combine 150g sugar and 150ml boiling water. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add the tarragon leaves and steep in hot simple syrup for 20 minutes.Strain into a clean jar, cover and refrigerate for up to two weeks.) Pinch of Himalayan Pink Fine Salt ¼ tsp. Activated Charcoal Top with Sparkling Wine/Prosecco/Cava Garnish with orange and tarragon
